Welcome to the Stochastic Lung Model website!
This model and software allow for the determination of the respiratory deposition of aerosols with regional resolution, and uniquely among models available in the literature, it utilizes a stochastic (random) approach. Additionally, it simulates the airway structure with asymmetrical branches, providing a more accurate and realistic representation of the respiratory system's complexity.
